Our team and collaboration
Led by Deming Zhang and based at Guangdong Everwin Law Office, the team works with senior lawyers at the firm as needed for each matter. Where other jurisdictions are involved, collaboration with local counsel and other professionals may be considered as appropriate.
张德明律师的教育与专业经历
张德明律师自2010年起从事律师工作，自2012年3月起作为执业律师执业至今。张德明律师获中国政法大学法学硕士学位，现为澳门大学法学博士生。其专业关注包括信托与财富传承、国际商事及争议解决。
张德明律师为广东法制盛邦律师事务所高级合伙人，担任多项专业职务：

Guangdong Everwin Law Office
Founded on 8 August 1983 as the Guangdong Foreign Economic Legal Advisory Office, Guangdong Everwin Law Office is a full-service law firm operating as a special general partnership. Its practice includes international matters, corporate law, family matters, wealth succession, finance and dispute resolution.
According to its October 2026 profile, as of the end of September 2026 the firm had 1,247 personnel across its headquarters and branches, including 987 practising lawyers, of whom 614 were based at the Guangzhou headquarters.
The firm has received the National Outstanding Law Firm designation and was included in Guangzhou's first cohort of law firms selected for international development in 2026.
